Borey Orkide Villa “The Botanic City” located along the national road 6A, Sangkat Chroy Changvar, Khan Chory Changvar, Phnom Penh, and laying from the national road to Tonle Sap River. The Botanic City situated in a very spacious area with a total of 140 hectares of land planned for approximately around 5,000 residences. The project launched in 2016 under the name of Royal Group Co., Ltd. As a part of the Royal Group project, The Botanic City was designed and planned with the high professionals, purposely to become one of the iconic projects in the capital. The Botanic City is known to be one of the biggest projects of Orkide Villa with approximately 4 hectares of garden and a total of 140 hectares of the construction site. In Botanic City, there are 3 different types of smaller projects within: “The Green Tree”, “The EverGreen”, and “The Greenery”.
