It was for the longest time typically built in third slot to maximize the benefit from Wind Fire Wheels. However, it turns out that Ne Zha’s ultimate actually has a lot more different instances of damage than expected, of which many aren’t able to crit. This total of 6 hits on a single ult may imply that penetration builds could actually be more effective on Ne Zha than previously assumed in regards to his ultimate, which will be addressed in this video.
