Fitbit Inspire & Fitbit Inspire HR: What's the difference?

Read more: http://www.TechGadgetsCanada.com Trying to choose between Fitbit Inspire and Fitbit Inspire HR? I’m going to take a quick look at the differences between Fitbit’s two budget trackers; you may think it’s as simple as one having heart rate tracking and the other doesn’t right? But there’s actually more differences. What's the difference between Fitbit Inspire and Fitbit Inspire HR? I'll take a high level look here at the key differences, but if you'd like to read more, you can check out the full review of the Fitbit Inspire and the review of Fitbit Inspire HR here . Since Inspire and Inspire HR are what you could call entry level Fitbits, these doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the other Fitbit devices, like the smart watches. And that may be just fine for some of you. Here's what Fitbit Inspire and Fitbit Inspire HR will BOTH do Both of these devices will Track Activity, Track Sleep, and give you extra motivation by letting you set silent alarms or reminders to move. They both have Female Health Tracking built in via the Fitbit app, and you can get guided meditation breathing sessions on them both too. Both devices will give you call, text and calendar alerts direct to your wrist, but you can’t reply to them or respond; you’ll need to go to your phone for that. Neither of these two devices support Fitbit Pay. What Fitbit Inspire HR has that Fitbit Inspire doesn't For starters regular Inspire won’t track your heart rate. Inspire HR does. Regular Inspire won’t track floors climbed, but Inspire HR will Regular Inspire won’t track your sleep stages, like light sleep or REM sleep, Inspire HR does. Regular Inspire doesn’t track swimming or other fitness, where Inspire HR will. Regular Inspire can’t track your pace and distance through your phone, something the Inspire HR does do. Another key difference is in the factory bands that eaach one comes with. Inspire comes with a basic peg-style closure on its silicone band, while Inspire HR has more of a watch-style band. Both Inspire and Inspire HR use the same bands and accessories. You can trade up to a really nice metal mesh band, or to some more bracelet-style options. Whichever Fitbit Inspire meets your goals, they’re both great fitness and activity trackers. Inspire HR sells for about $129 CAD and regular Inspire is about $99, both available from places like Best Buy or Amazon.
