Chopwell Woodland Park is a great venue with free parking and no fee to ride. There are 2 main trails here (a red and a black) and a few off piste sections too. The Powerline Trail featured in this video, is the main trail and one of the longer runs here and it’s brilliant! It is rated red and starts at the end of the main car park. This trail runs all year round but it does get a few puddles in the wet as seen in this video and the odd patch of ice when it’s very cold. On the day I filmed this video the car park was frozen solid when I arrived at 10 but it was gone by 2 - around the time I filmed this.
