Welcome to this 40 minute full body yoga practice for mixed levels. This practice includes a little bit of everything to strengthen and stretch your whole body with a short meditation at the end. Today's class starts slow with breath work and seated postures. We then gradually increase the pace and intensity to work into tabletop and standing sequences, before going back down to mat level for hip openers, shavasana and a short meditation. In this practice there are options to make challenging poses more accessible. Props are recommended - a set of blocks (or books) and a blanket to cushion your knees.
