This was a squad made during a 1-on-1 coaching session with me, cashed in by Draxos! They wanted to build a squad around Baxcalibur, and this is the end result. Congrats to them on the result and for making the rental for us (and all of you) to use! We wanted to build around Baxcalibur's strengths and the easiest way to do it is to partner it with the Alolan-Ninetales. This gives us weather control against Pelipper, Torkoal, & Tyranitar teams and a plus to Baxcalibur's defense is always appreciated. Aurora Veil makes the entire team bulky. From here, we surrounded this duo with a strong fire-water-grass core that's on the rise right now in Volcarona, Rillaboom, & Paldean-Tauros. With Intimidate, Fake Out, and Screens support, Volcarona can easily set up Quiver Dances to not only outspeed but also sweep! Paldea-Tauros with a mirror herb is great into Dondozo but also Annihilape as a +1 defiant boost is also a boost for us! From here, Gholdengo rounds out the squad who can also set up with Nasty Plot and sweep as well.
