Instagram: @echleb   / echleb   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~ Rice Recipes in this video ~ █ Basic White Rice █ Ingredients: • 1/2 cup white rice • 3/4 cup water Method: 1. Add rice and water to a saucepan over medium high heat and cover. 2. Bring to a boil and immediately lower the heat to the lowest setting. 3. Let cook for 15 minutes. 4. Take off the heat, uncover, fluff the rice with a fork. 5. Cover the rice again and let stand off the heat for 3 minutes to steam. █ Ginger Garlic Rice █ Ingredients: • 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil • 1 TBSP Ginger, minced • 1 TBSP Garlic, minced • 1/2 cup white rice • 3/4 cup water • 1/2 TSP Rice Vinegar Method: 1. Drizzle olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. 3. Add the rice and saute until rice is translucent 4. Add the water and cover. 5. Bring to a boil and immediately lower the heat to the lowest setting. 6. Take off the heat, uncover, fluff the rice with a fork. 7. Add the rice vinegar and cover again.
