I know I've been on an inner child kick here lately, but I cannot stress enough how important it is to let your inner child feel seen and loved and heard. I hope that these affirmations and my vessel are able to calm your spirit and bring comfort to you. Affirmations can sometimes take a while to integrate, so I would recommend listening and repeating these affirmations each day. After repetition, you will start to become more comfortable with these words and hold them a little closer to your heart. When you have doubts while repeating, just remember that this is a step that you're taking for yourself. This is you breaking the chain. This is you choosing to heal. This is you deciding that you are worth it.
