For 2014, the Odyssey get's slightly refreshed with a reworked interior design and exterior design with some minor cosmetic changes. Also new for 2014 is Honda's Lane Watch system and Honda's Link infotainment system. Power in this minivan comes from a 3.5 L V6 which is the same as last year's except for now it's made into a new 6-Speed Automatic on every trim level expect to earn about 19 in the city and 28 on the highway. On the interior you will find it to be very utilitarian which isn't a bad thing as soft touch materials are all needed in the most desirable places like the center console and the door armrest. Cargo capacity remains to be a very strong selling point in the Odyssey, however every minivan tends to do very well in cargo capacity. Very agile handling also remains in the Odyssey and ever since the beginning this people mover always did very well in driving dynamics. Compared to it's competitors the Odyssey does very well in every single category except for price, if budget is a problem a more suitable choice would include the Dodge Grand Caravan, but if budget isn't a problem the Odyssey should most certainly be put on the test drive list but other minivans like the Toyota Sienna, Nissan Quest, and the Chrysler Town & Country should also be considered.
