Cook for about 2 minutes. Then add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Cook for another 2 minutes. Now add chicken and cook properly for about 2-3 minutes. Then add tomatoes, water, turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder. Cover and cook on low flame. Lastly place it to a serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot. Aalu Pyaz Ki Sabzi: Ingredients, Baby potatoes (boiled & peeled) 2 cups Baby onions 1 cup Garlic (finely chopped) 6 cloves Ginger (finely chopped) 1 inch piece Green chilies 2 Bay leaf 1 Tomato puree 1/2 cup Yogurt 1/4 cup Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves (finely chopped) for garnish Mustard oil as required Method: Heat mustard oil add bay leaf, garlic, ginger, green chilies and onion. Sauté well. Then add potatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Now add tomato puree, yogurt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, all spice powder and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
