During an appearance on BBC Breakfast this morning (Oct 4), the musician - who hails from Hampshire - talked about his new book 'What's Your Vibe' in which he opens up about the challenges he's faced over the years. Speaking to hosts Sally Nugent and Jon Kay, Craig went into depth about the book and how people can expect it to include what life's been like for him in the spotlight. He said: "It was all about early days behind the scenes of some of those songs and how I may have been feeling behind the scenes, that there is human being and then there was the portraying' the life is great as a musician' and I felt that I really needed to unravel that." He went on to share the past struggles his book touches upon, from 'being bullied in school and suffering from depression', to being 'bullied and ridiculed on national TV'.
