Python Quick Code: High Low Game

In this video, I put all the different aspects of the Quick Code series so far together and throw together a simple High Low game. This isn't a #tutorial so much as it is a #pythonprogramming example of how you can quickly flesh out simple programs. Rather than carefully explaining the various elements, which were covered in previous videos, I am trying to model thinking programmatically about the tools we have, from the planning phase to the final execution, iterating and testing, and pushing beyond the boundaries of a simple task to do more without reinventing the wheel. I do cover a few new topics: importing the random module, using randint, and modifying values within a function. I talk briefly about a few topics the Quick Code videos haven't covered, such as return values, but it's in context and I think it's a valuable exercise to think aloud to solve problems.
