Rugby Training - Explosive Session. Have you ever wanted to know what a high standard training session looks like? This video will provide you with a full self-guided rugby session that you can do by yourself or with a few mates down at your local field. This session has a full warm up, speed, change of direction and cardio components that together make for a great training session. This rugby session aims to educate players on what a good warm up should look like, how to do it and why it is important. We then go into sprint mechanics and 2 speed blocks these should be done at your own pace, at least 3minutes between Sets. The last part of the session is a series of change of direction drills which focus on moving in multiple directions with acceleration and deceleration components.
