Our Spiritual Fair is all about people—friends and guides who shared the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, volunteers who served to make the day a reality, and you, the audience, who came with open hearts ready to receive these teachings. Here are some highlights from the opening cerimony of the Spiritual Fair. The candle's light symbolizes our inner divine light, burning within each of us. It represents the divine presence that exists in us all. Light your inner candle and leave the darkness behind forever! At the opening ceremony, we had the honor of hosting Smt. Sarita Ghosh (granddaughter-in-law of Master's brother Sananda Lal Ghosh); Manash Mukherjee, (grandson of Tulsi Bose, boyhood friend of Master) ; Nayaswami Devarshiji, global director of Kriya Sangha, heading the Chandigarh monastery; Nayaswami Shankaraji, Kriyacharya, Director of Ananda India Home Study and guiding monk at Chandigarh monastery; Amit Purohit, Kriyacharya, yoga and meditation teacher; Anandita from Kriya Home Study; and Gururpiya, Acharya and center leader of Ananda Sangha Kolkata.
