WHAT I EAT For Balanced Hormones + Supplements

Enjoy immediately, or store in a to-go cup for an easy on the go breakfast. Oil-Free Baked Wings Recipe: 1 lb pasture-raised chicken wings Parboil the wings in gently boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain and dry. Bake in oven 425 F (400 convection) for 15 minutes, flip them, then bake another 12 minutes or until desired crispness. Sauce them up with your favorite sauce. I highly recommend one without added sugars such as Primal Kitchen brand. Peanut Sauce: Whisk together 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or tamari, or soy sauce), 2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp maple syrup or honey and juice of one lime.
