Welcome to The Common Corner, today I wanted to share my thoughts on the journey I've been on this year with my daily journaling. I reflected on my practice within my book, including the monthly and weekly sections, as well as the daily pages of course. I've gained a lot of clarity on how crucial the little moments of sitting down and unloading my thoughts are, those minutes (or sometimes hours) that I spend in the company of these notebooks. I have some thoughts on the future of my practice as well, but more so today I just wanted to chat to you what came across my mind as I enjoyed reminiscing about the year so far.
