In another video (my first on the Kingfisher Flight Feather FF01 30S) I made the mistake of saying the spool bearing was permanently attached. This would be very unusual for a baitfinesse system reel - and would also make it more difficult to clean the bearings. So, I'm pleased that I was wrong and the bearings are fully removable. BUT, having done some tests and getting a set of upgraded bearings to fit the reel - I discovered you probably still shouldn't do it! It casts better straight out of the box.
