INGREDIENTS 20 Oreos 3.5 ounces (100 grams) butter, melted For the dark chocolate ganache: 5 ounces (140 grams) dark chocolate 1/3 cup (85 ml) whipping cream For the white chocolate tombstone: 3.5 ounces (100 grams) white chocolate 1/3 cup (85 ml) condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring PREPARATION Add the Oreos into your food processor and pulse. Add the melted butter, then blend everything until smooth. Line a small baking tin, around 8 inches (20 cm) long and 3 inches (8 cm) width with parchment paper. Add almost all of the Oreo mixture on the bottom, leaving 2 tablespoons for later on. Level the mixture with 1 tablespoon, removing the excess air. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add the dark chocolate in a microwave bowl and pour the whipping cream on top. Microwave it until the chocolate melts. Evenly spread the obtained ganache over the Oreo layer. Set it aside for 30 minutes and then top with the remaining Oreo crumbs. For the tombstone, add the white chocolate into a microwave bowl, along with the condensed milk. Place a cooking ring on a parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the melted chocolate into the cooking ring, and a few drops of green food coloring, and stir gently. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Use a knife to shape the frozen white chocolate into a tombstone and place it over the cake, making it look like a grave! Decorate it to your liking!
