Check out our $400 Chiang Mai condo at The Nimmana. We struggled to find an affordable month to month Chiang Mai apartment for rent when we first arrived. As fate would have it, my friend (that I met back in Bali) was planning on doing an extended visa run at the same time so we were able to sublet her Chiang Mai Nimman apartment! I loved all the amenities provide in this Chiang Mai luxury condo complex including a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and 24/7 security guards. It's located in the heart of Nimman --- Soi 6 to be exact. But because of that, we were in direct path of the airplanes landing and taking off so it could be a bit noisy at times.
