Ms. Namgyal belongs to a village called Nimo in the Leh District of Ladakh. Before moving to Pune and the US for her higher studies, she completed her schooling in Lamdon School Leh District. After completing her Master's from Delhi College of Economics, she worked in a bank for two years before leaving the job to pursue her Civil Services dream.
