As we planned our trip we were told several times that it was not safe to travel in Albania and Montenegro, watch the video and see what you think. Albania presents us with the challenges of needing additional van insurance, which we bought from LV, we needed data for our phones, which we sorted via some eSim solutions ( video all about them coming soon) and there's the biggest challenge of all, the fact we were advised to avoid Albania as it wouldn't be safe for us to travel in the country.
