National Carriage Driving Trials Sandringham 2022

Film of day 3 of The National Carriage Driving Trials from Sandringham. This was The Driving Trials Marathon where the competitors tackled a series of tight obstacles which really was a test of the skill of the horsemanship of the driver, backsteppers and ability of the horses. At least it was not too hot for everyone and at the end there was a "cool off " area where the horses could get some water. There was an opportunity to try your hand at carriage driving thanks to Bennington Carriages. There was much to offer with plenty of refreshments and nice people which ensured a great day out in the sun. There were also some beautiful vintage carriages which are featured in this film which later took park in a tour around the Sandringham Estate. Thank you to all the organisers, officials and competitors for a nice few hours watching a great spectacle in lovely surroundings. Must not forget the very nice army cadets who greeted us and directed us to a safe parking spot.
