God Wants His Word to Become Flesh Again - Bill Johnson Sermon | Bethel Church

Bill Johnson teaches on the power of God’s word and our responsibility to steward what He has said. God wants His word to become flesh again, in us. God has designed us to be co-laborers with Him in a way that our response to and stewardship of His word actually determines the outcome of many situations. We must be careful not to undermine God’s promises by speaking in unbelief. As we approach the Christmas season, we remember the events surrounding Jesus’ birth. After Mary’s encounter with Gabriel, she treasured God’s words to her and pondered them in her heart even though she probably did not fully understand them. Zacharias, on the other hand, was made mute until John was born so that he could not undermine God’s promise through his words. As we treasure the word of God in our heart and believe what He has spoken, we will give birth to the promises He has given us.
