Ultima Online Outlands is a free private server for the venerable MMORPG: Ultima Online. It sports custom maps, npcs, and quality of life upgrades as well as differences in how some skills work. It's a pre-trammel ruleset which adds danger to the world with the potential for Player Killers (PKs) that haven't existed in UO for a long time.
