Celebrating Women in Science

This year for International Day of Women and Girls in Science, and International Women's Day, we are shining a spotlight on some of the many fantastic women leading the way at the ICR. We're focusing on the theme of mentorship because, while so many of us aren't able to work with our colleagues as normal, having someone there to offer help and support is more important than ever before — for science, for careers and for life. We'll be challenging ideas of what a mentor looks like, exploring how the ICR's support initiatives have adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic and sharing the best advice some of our staff have received from their mentors.
