Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a wonderful day. Recently I’ve been asked by several ladies to discuss how I was able to loose weight. I hope that this video will help explain my journey and the steps I took to loose 70 pounds. I have been able to maintain my weight for close to seven years now. I went on a diet by following a low glycemic plan. I will link below some information which might be useful should you decide to follow this plan. I think that any plan should be something that works for you specifically. I suggest you look at different options before choosing one that works for you. Calorie control as well as some type of exercise plan is always a good way to go. I suggest you keep a food journal documenting what foods you eat, when, and what you were feeling. A rounded out meal plan is a good option as you can eat just about everything within moderation. There are many websites and apps available to help with weight loss. They keep track of calories and exercise. Make sure you keep snacks to help you keep on track. If I can answer any questions, please let me know.
