Check Out Our Channel Page:    / videojugfoodanddrink   Like Us On Facebook!   / 382470928450558   Follow Us On Twitter!   / videojugfood   Watch This and Other Related films here: http://www.videojug.com/ Ingredients: 1 bottle of red wine 1 cinnamon stick 1 star anise 3-4 whole cloves Pinch of ground nutmeg 1 vanilla pod, halved lengthways 100g brown sugar 1 orange Step 1: Make The Syrup Pour 1/4 of the red wine into a pan and place on a medium heat. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla pod and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and it turns in to a syrupy consistency. Step 2: Add Orange And Serve Then use a speed peeler to peel strips of zest from the orange and place them in the pan. Then cut the top and bottom off the orange then use a small sharp knife to cut around the orange removing the pith. Turn the orange on its side then cut rounds of orange and place them to one side. Turn the heat down and then add the rest of the wine to the pan. The add the orange rounds. Leave it on a low heat for 5-10 minutes to infuse, then serve in glasses.
