SOLD 9/8/14: Boy, this thing was here and gone in a flash. I loved it and would definitely buy another LX series in the future if it had a 48" deck. Hated to get rid of it but I needed the cash. This thing needed very little work done to it and was in pretty good condition overall. Now the LT133 I brought home after it is a different story.... Finally, another lawn tractor video. My neighbor had this LX176 and an LT133 for sale up the lane and my uncle told me about it. He wanted $300 for both tractors and just wanted them gone, so I offered to buy both machines. The LX176 was in better condition so it would be less of a project, so I brought her home first. Definitely got a good deal at $250. She's been serviced by the dealer since new so there's really nothing she needs done. Also came with a two-bag bagger and a mulching kit installed on the 38" deck. Drove her home Tuesday night and aired up the tires, then the next day mowed the lawn. Nice little machine, the first Kawasaki-powered Deere I've owned. Starts and runs real smooth but it's loud thanks to the broken hood. K61 hydro trans engages and works real smooth and it turns real sharp and easy and steers great. I just need to get rid of the seat. I will probably swap the seat from the LT133. Not a bad machine, they are very sturdy and reliable machines for being entry level. If it was a bigger model like an LX178 or LX188 with the liquid cooled motor and a 48" deck, I would probably replace the LA150 with it. But for now the LA150 is still in service. This little LX should be fun.
