Unboxing a semi-custom Neutron from Tree Rivers Manufacturing (aka TRM), made in the USA. This has a special hollow-ground, Magnacut blade done by the one-and-only Mike Irie. This also has the 3D-contoured, carbon-fiber scales. This knife is a great EDC knife as it's on the smaller side without sacrificing ergos, and it's wildly lightweight. It disappears in your pocket, so don't forget it's there! With that said, this is NOT a hard-use knife. It's all about slicing performance and ease of edge maintenance. The pivot uses phosphor-bronze washers, which makes the action super smooth, but different to that of knives on bearings.
