"BALANCE" she said, isn't that what life is all about? In this contemporary age where time is pacing against choices, it is crucial to keep your head in the race. The amount of respect, attention and dedication each paradigm deserves must be equal, which is the algorithm for out-crossing obstacles determined by the path of life, optimising each obstacle to arrive at life-changing opportunities. The paradigms, the social, the physical, the resilience, the emotional, the mental, the unbeatable '5', like the 5 elements are 5 sturdy pillars holding the entire building, even if one weakened, the whole building can come crashing down. Aadhira, a typical teenage girl attempting to navigate through the fleeting days of her adolescence, on a journey to pursue marketing and look back to this day as a proud Indian citizen. How many of us relate the word wellbeing to doing exercise or eating healthy? She is here to prove us wrong; she is here to provide deeper insights upon the fact that wellbeing isn’t just physical, it's about the harmonious confluence of our social connections, emotional wellness, physical health and mental awareness. Overall, she is here to tell us that BALANCE is the most pristine way to perfection.
