Mini 3 Pro has two native ISO's: 100 and 500. Native iso will have better noise performance than any other. While you film in natural frame rates of 24/25/30 the drone will simultaneously use both to increase the dynamic range in a process called dual gain conversion. It's best to select iso 100 when using natural frame rates and this mode it's not the best for low light. When you film in 50/60 fps only one iso circuit is used at once. The cleanest will be obviously iso 100 but the image will once again clean up after reaching 500. By default you can only change ISO by full stop values so next step from 400 is 800. It's actually not too bad but iso 500 is not only cleaner but better suited for blue hour. To select ISO 500 you need to set your shutter, change iso to auto, adjust ev value untill the ISO reaches 500 or just above, and lock exposure with button or on screen by holding a finger on exposure box.
