Couple of GoPro angles of the process to cut off the standard muffler, then fit the new JRE muffler from eBay, taking ~half an hour. Sound is much improved and isn't done justice by the GoPro at all, especially when the bike is in motion (wind noise + rattles). Tried the baffle once, took it out and haven't put it back in since. Weight saving is noticeable. Highly recommend this as an upgrade to the VTR250 to bring out it's nice throaty twin growl; bonus points for the safety aspect to being better noticed. Big shout-outs to Dave, who did all the work whilst I did nothing. GoPro Hero 3+ Black.
