Who shared his finds on reddit concerning heavy handed vs cut to the bone. TLDR: 3 billion DoT ticks with Cttb are LESS damage than 3 billion DoT ticks with HH (if we only had one passive). Because Cttb does NOT count towards our Rupture damage ❗👀 ❗Common Questions❗ 1. Grandfather vs Normal Weapon - Unless GF gets buffed to the 200%(x) I am positive Polearms are still gonna win simply due to never ending 30%%(x) against bosses 2. STR vs HP gems in armor - STR is double dipping on our Rupture. It not only increases all our skill damage, for every 50 STR we get 10%(x) for our Rupture which is our main source of AoE damage. Only use Rubies if you can't live with Amethysts 3. AS vs STR on rings - Verathion sword with GA on AS will already match the same AS we get from 1x GA and rapid aspect on Live and together with Carnage and Rupture AS, we will reach 100% ASC1. Then we get another 20% from Moonrise and 15% from the elixir 4. Flay Duration vs Flay ranks on pants - The equation for Rupture explosion is " bleedTick*normalBleedDuration*ticksPerSecond*flayDuration " so if we look at 3 extra ranks of Flay on pants and 50% flay duration (if we already have all the ranks from Verathion) vs 77% flay duration with an example of 2 billion DoT - we get: a) 2.231*5*2*(1+178.4%) = 62.1 billion rupture b) 2.189*5*2*(1+204.7%) = 66.7 billion rupture Which means that maxed out Flay duration would give us more damage overall 5. Why not the new amulet Locran's Talisman - Gushing Wounds only take into consideration Crit Chance from character sheet, which it does not give us 6. Is %Damage double dipping for Bleeds - YES (once again credits to ICYTROLL 🔥) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/... 7. Can it beat the new direct damage Bash with the Locran's Talisman? - We will see when the season goes live and what additional changes we get to other uniques and/or seasonal powers, if we get some.
