I had a great day out shooting this vid. I knew the Lynx would be great in the trails and had to drag it out to get a few scratches. So glad I did. It really is a very good wheel with great suspension and is more than capable of trails. Slightly larger but very even in weight makes for a good stable wheel in the trails. The stand may get caught up easier but I had no hang ups today. Both V14 and Lynx could do with some nicer pedals. I would find it hard to compare the two wheels with only one roll into the trails with Lynx. Both are zippy and both capable of plenty of torque. No dramas with either wheel. v14 is a little more easy to flick and maybe a little easier work. Lynx feels a little more stable and maybe a little more forgiving with the larger tyre to eat a few more bumps and keep you planted. I’ll keep rolling on them both in the trails and give myself time to decide which I prefer.
