If you have nausea or diarrhea, you’re losing electrolytes, and you need to replace those electrolytes.  Your body is trying to get rid of something when you have nausea or diarrhea. So, it may be the best idea to let your body get rid of it, instead of taking something immediately to stop it. A probiotic may not be the best option in this situation. I’m going to show you a much more natural way to deal with this.
