Weaker and directed by a cautious commander, this pincer has quickly stalled with shallow advances. It is time for the Central, Bryansk, and West Front to take over the initiative and launch the coordinated offensive they have been preparing for. Also, the 30th Urals Volunteer Corps is about to arrive from the mountains.
