Eggnog: • Eggnog Recipe | How to Make Eggnog Ingredients: 2 ounces (60ml) Whisky/Bourbon 1 ounce (30ml) Lemon juice 1/2-3/4 ounce (15-22.5ml) Simple syrup 1/2 egg white (optional) Ice For garnish: Angostura bitters Directions: 1. Into a shaker place whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and shake for 15-20 seconds. 2. Add ice cubes and shake for another 15-20 seconds. 3. Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. 4. Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters. 5. Serve! 6.
