I removed the loader arms in part one so I could split my case 580 CK backhoe in half to access the power shuttle assembly in the transmission housing. Disassembled the transmission housing along with the Rockford power shuttle assembly to diagnose what was causing the no reverse symptoms along with losing forward gears once the machine warmed up a bit. So glad I have the repair manual for this backhoe, the breakdown of the somewhat complex power shuttle clutch assembly is so handy to have for my machine as it explains step by step the disassembly process as well as explanations and breakdowns of how each component of the machine works.
