An Organic Garden Tour | Sarinbuana Eco Lodge

At the lodge we are all gardeners.. Our family has a long history in Permaculture and organic farming, and growing produce has always been an integral part of life in our local community. We do our best to consistently provide as much as possible from our humble garden at the lodge. Nearly all our herbs and spices are picked fresh everyday, and many of the fruits and green veggies come from the garden and seasonal harvests. We also produce our own organic eggs and coffee from our nearby orchard. What we cannot produce for ourselves we always try to support local farmers and buy fresh and organic, for example our rice comes from a Balinese co-op producing organic rice at scale (Astungkara Way) and our brown sugar comes from members of our community.
