The solutions were stirred. Then the sodium hydroxide solution was added to the solution of zinc acetate with a constant stirring. Then 100 ml of ethanol was added the solution containing both sodium hydroxide solution and zincacetate. After the reaction, and evaporation of solvents in oven white ZnO nano powder was formed.
