(You may need to stir midway) Cucumber salad Large English cucumber 1 heaping Tbsp natural peanut butter 1 Tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce 1 Tbsp Japanese bbq sauce (optional) 1-2 tsp sriracha 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice 1/2 tsp pepper flakes Slice cukes thin and mix into peanut butter mixture. Can be served right away or stored in fridge for several hours.
