Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins Total Time: 1 hour Perkedel Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritters) Ingredients: 600 grams store-bought corn kernels 8 tbsp all purpose flour 4 tbsp rice flour 1 red onion (40 grams) 4 garlic (20 grams) 1 egg 1/2 tsp sea salt 3 grams chicken bouillon 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 14 kaffir lime leaves 50 grams leek 100 ml water 1 kg sunflower oil (vegetable oil) Tips: 1. The purée/mashed corn kernels will give more flavor to your fritters. 2.
