Lemon Poha Recipe Try this easy and tasty Lemon Poha recipe, perfect for breakfast or an evening snack! Poha is super nutritious! It's packed with goodness and contains 20 mg of iron in every 100g of raw rice flakes. Squeezing a cut lemon on the poha actually helps improve iron absorption. So it's not only tasty but also good for you! Ingredients: 1 cup organic thick poha 2 tbsp peanut oil 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Dal mixture 4-5 red chillies(optional) 4-5 green chillies (optional) 1/4 cup peanuts 1 spring curry leaves 1 lemon Salt (as per taste) Method: 1. Drain and soak the poha in water for 10-15 minutes. 2. Heat the oil in a kadai, then add turmeric powder, dal mixture, red chillies, and green chillies. Mix well. 3. Add half a cup of peanuts and curry leaves. 4. Add the soaked poha and mix gently. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the kadai. 5. Finally, add salt according to your taste. Your delicious Lemon Poha is ready to be served hot!
