And I would always say the first one is that you are perfect and you are unique, and that no one else in the world can do what you do in the way you do it. So that fills you with anxiety that you're not doing it like everyone else the way the world wants you. Again, I would say just be you and let go of that anxiety and paint that flower or draw that flower the way you want to, the way you see it.
