Norfolk Southern train with 11 engines! Holmes Avenue in Huntsville, AL 9-6-2024

On September 6th, I was able to catch a long Westbound NS freight train with 11 engines and 151 cars. There were 9 engines at the front, 93 cars, 2 more engines in the middle, and 58 more cars. I was able to catch it at Holmes Avenue, which passes under Memorial Parkway. The engines were NS 1079, NS 4650, BNSF 7527, BNSF 9205, BNSF 6387, NS 9542, NS 9590, NS 9588, and NS 9610. The mid DPUs were NS 3634 and NS 4333. I think this is the most engines I have seen on any train. This is also the first NS train I have seen with a mid DPU. After the train passed, the signal changed to green since an Eastbound train was waiting for the Westbound NS train to pass by several miles away. I figured it would take a while for the Eastbound to come, so I decided leave. As I was leaving, I got a few pictures of the HMCR yard and engines HMCR 9554, HMCR 8527, and HMCR 8560.
