Here’s how I make a simple 3 egg omelette. Recipe 👇🏻 3 Egg Omelette 3 Eggs 2 x Spring Onions 10g x Butter 20g to 30g x Cheese (of your choice) Pinch of Salt & Pepper 1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk together. 2. Finely chop the spring onions. 3. Place 10g of butter into a nonstick frying pan over low heat. 4. Once melted, add the eggs into the pan and swirl around using a wooden spoon or spatula. Once curds form, stop stirring and grate in 15g to 20g of cheese and add half of the spring onions. 5.
