3M3-3M4-4M1 | Land of the Sand People | Star Wars: A New Hope - Piano Anthology

Justin Brown's piano cover of the cue, "Land of the Sand People" by John Williams for 'Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope' (1977). Luke and C-3PO head into the desert after a rogue R-2 who ran off to complete his mission and find the Obi-Wan Kenobi that Princess Leia calls upon in the message he carries. Finding him deep in the Jundland Wastes, the group gets attacked by the native Tusken Raiders. I've been real nervous about arranging this cue, cause how can you take John William's masterful percussion and strange rhythms that represent the strange land and arrange it for piano? And the answer is, you can't. But I've given it my best shot here and hope it conveys even a small portion of what the actual score can. I hope you enjoy this arrangement. Join me as I go through the entire film and arrange each cue, creating a complete anthology for solo piano.
