Did you downloaded the correct version of the glsl shader mod? 2. Did you downloaded the correct forge version for the version of the shaders mod? 3. Did you downloaded shader packs that are on the same version like the mod? I would suggest you to watch the video again, it HAVE to work ;) "I have terrible laggs =(" ↪ This mod doesn't run on old pc's. You will need at least 4 gb ram. Also you graphic card is important for some shader packs.
