This is day one of my nine-day biking journey around Taiwan. It was an amazing journey and very difficult workout. Come with me as I ride from Hsinchu to Taipei, exploring the sites and trying the best foods along the way. On this journey we try sweet tofu pudding, dried tofu, guabao, braised pork rice, turkey rice, dumplings, pork buns, apple juice, pineapple juice, and many more! We also visit some of the most famous sites in Taiwan, including Daxi old street, Longshan temple, Huaxi Old Street, the Chiangkai Shek Memorial, the Sun Yat-sen memorial, Taipei 101, and Jingmei night market. Remember this is just day 1 of our 9-day journey! So follow along with our other videos in this series, as we bike from Hsinchu to Taipei, Taipei to Yilan, Yilan to Hualien, Hualien to Taitung, Taitung to Pingtung, Pingtung to Tainan, Tainan to Chiayi, Chiayi to Changhua, and Changhua to Hsinchu.
