It is a video clip of Ik Onkaar Meditation by the Sikh Nari Manch Choir. Thre longer version of half an hour can be listened to at http://www.vimeo.com/12705308. Bibi Gurdev Kaur OBE sings Mool Mantra and the Salok with her group at most Sikh Camps and the children enjoy learning and singing along with the group. She encourages the children to recite it at least 5 times in the morning and 5 times before going to sleep. It was first recorded by Bibi Gurdev Kaur with her daughter Ranju in 1992 at the request of Gurmel Singh Kandola of Nottingham, who used to organise a "Sikh Camp for Children" every year and really wanted to give this Shabad along with other core hymns on a cassette to the children to take home. The Sikh Nari Manch group recorded it again in 1998 and it is still very popular with the inspirants. This was sung at the Royal Albert Hall and many other prestegious venues by the Sikh Nari Manch Choir along with its translated hymn " God Is One" in 1999 at tercentenary Celebrations of the Birth of Khalsa. The listeners can follow the Shabad and sing along with it as the subtitles in Punjabi and English are also provided in this movie clip.
